- Rose Shepherd Review added: 2017.12.31★ ★ ★ ★ ★Three times now, when I've been up against a work deadline and bedevilled by computer failure, Neil has saved the day. He is very calm and capable when I'm tearing my hair. I ring him up in hysterics, take in my hard drive, leave it with him, return in an hour or so and all is well. His prices are very reasonable, too.
- justgrinding Review added: 2017.12.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My mother desperately wanted a laptop to learn computing (she's computer illiterate), So instead of paying 300+ for a decent laptop that she wouldn't be able to use, she wanted to buy one from a second hand shop and learn the basics, including internet searching which she mentioned. The man that served her (seemed to be the owner) could clearly tell she was inexperienced in tech and proceeded to sell her a faulty laptop that would not connect to the internet, we tried on several occasions to have him fix it and each time the problem persisted, she eventually gave up and asked for her money back, which he quickly declined, in fact, refused! after some back and forth he finally agreed to give her half back. If this is how they treat their new customers i'd hate to see how they treat existing ones! Worst customer service we have ever experienced.
