- John Gilbert Review added: 2018.11.25★ ★ ★ ★ ★BETTER 2ND TIME AROUND......Having moved about 7 months ago using Heads and being disappointed with the service, we left a review and were contacted by the firm and issues discussed, including info that the staff concerned had now "moved on". So being happy with the price and a promise of improved service we decided to give them another chance as we were moving again. THIS TIME THEY CAME UP TRUMPS. The van was definitely oversize (but better than the squeeze job before) so there was no problem fitting our furniture etc in. The driver deserves praise for getting down our narrow one way street in Broadstairs to collect and through the lanes to get to the village of Minster to deliver. The crew were all polite and efficient, wrapping up the sofa and TVs to prevent any damage. Upon delivery there was no "mad rush to get it all in" and we were able to get different boxes into different rooms as required. Definitely a service we'd now recommend.
